He is a First-Class graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ife and bagged master’s degree in business administration. He obtained a Renewable Energy Technology Certificate from the University of Alberta and has the credential of being a Sustainable Energy Technologies Professional from the Foundational Technology Institute.
He has more than three decades of engineering and electricity utility management experience. He was an Executive Project Advisor at WATT Renewable Corporation and Chairman of the Board of WATT Renewable Corporation
Prior to this, he was the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Port-harcourt Electricity Distribution Company where he midwifed the transitioning of the Company from public to private ownership. The Company has a geographical coverage spanning 4 States of the Niger Delta region of the country, over 2000 workforce, huge customer base of diverse electricity need with a maximum power demand of over 500MW (360GWh of energy) and average monthly revenue of over $5million.
He joined the National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) as a Pupil Engineer in the mid-1980s and worked in different departments of the organization at junior and senior management levels.
He played an active role in the privatization of the distribution division of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) after which he joined, Sahara Power Group, the owner and operator of the largest private distribution and generation company in Nigeria as the Business Leader of the distribution division.
He possessed experience of Project Appraisal of large infrastructure projects during his sojourn in the Power Holding Company of Nigeria and as Business Leader in Sahara Power Group via collaboration with international Companies like Huawei and KEPCO, and direct supervision with responsibility for overall management of projects, amongst which are the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Geo-referenced customer enumeration.
He is a Fellow Nigerian Society of Engineer (FNSE), a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Member of Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) for over two decades.

Bolatito Onanuga is a seasoned investor and serial entrepreneur with experience covering over two decades in business management from conception to expansion.
She is the Founder & MD/CEO of 4Tees Rentals & Balloons Nigeria Ltd; Founder & MD/CEO of Havilah House of Events (Trading as Havilah Event Centers); Founder & MD/CEO of Agro-Abeto Farms and Co-Founder & Principal Partner of RnB Property Concept. She is an agro-preneur, events and wedding consultant, and investor.
She has had formal training in General Agriculture which has empowered her to venture into Agribusiness since 1992 and thereafter, diversifying into the events & hospitality industry. As an entrepreneur, Bolatito Onanuga has attended many professional courses and seminars both locally and internationally. She is an;

Bolatito Onanuga is currently the National Treasurer of NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW), after having served as the Head of Welfare/ Visitation Committee and Head of the Hospitality Sector at various times and a Member of Ikoyi Club 1938.

An engineering manager with over thirty-five years’ experience in the power industry. He received his engineering and management education from Yaba College of Technology Lagos, Imo State University, the University of London, and the University of Leicester, UK. He obtained HND, and three different master’s degree certificates from the institutions respectively
He has actively participated in various power engineering projects/tasks and activities including operations and maintenance works, electrical metering, feasibility studies, project management/advisory, and technical manpower training. He possesses advanced research skills suitable for high level professional inquiry, up to doctoral level.
He attended several on-the-job training courses at NEPA Training School (Now NAPTIN), Harvard Business School (USA), Lagos Business School, China Institute of Exchange Programme (Beghin) and so on. He is a full Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Registered Electrical Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Oregbesan Olalekan holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology (USA) with specialization in Business innovation and Strategic thinking. He is a Chartered member of Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN), a Member of Nigerian Computer Society (NCS) and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His core strength and expertise include Strategic Business planning and Analysis, IT Systems design & solutions Architect, Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Management, Customer Service Excellence, Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing, Leadership & Performance Management and Distribution Power systems planning and digitization.
He has over 25 years of experience in the Power Sector and ICT handling different roles and responsibility. He started his career as a planning engineer and IT officer in the distribution sub-sector of the Nigerian Power Sector. He grew throw the ranks over the years handling different roles in Strategic planning, IT and Business development.
Lekan is a creative strategist, team leader, goal getter, and visionary change agent who is always exploring new grounds to break the norm for changes needed to move an organization to the next level. He has been a panelist and speaker at difference local and international conferences and webinars
He doubles as the Head (ICT) and M&E/IT Manager for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the AFD/EU 50.7 million Euro funded Project on Enhancing Vocational Training in the Power Sector.
